Donelle grew up in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania and attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania Academy of Culinary Arts. Every summer Donelle would escape her small town to vacation in North Carolina with her best friend and she fell in love with the state. In May 2020, she decided it was time to make it permanent and she moved to Raleigh. She couldn’t be happier to be living in what she describes as a "permanent vacation".
Donelle started her career working in the Culinary Arts industry. After 15 years developing her skills in client relations and hospitality, she decided to take the leap into a brand-new adventure. She was thrilled to join the team of Thorough Financial Group in February 2022 as their Office Manager.
When she’s not running the daily operations of the office, planning a client event, and supporting the team’s advisors, Donelle will likely be hiking or curled up with a good book. Donelle is a lover of sports (Go Steelers!), board games, and, of course, the beach. She is a true animal advocate and spends most of her free time rescuing cats and volunteering with Purr Partners of North Carolina and Operation Catnip. However, what truly holds her heart is spending time at home with her fiancé Keegan and their three cats: Cosmo, Bailey, and Caroline.
